We have been in the spa business since 2003.

What do you sell?
We sell only quality NEW spa parts with great customer service. We DO NOT stock a lot of cheap spa products that you may find in other stores. We stock a few, must-have, hard-to-find HotSpring, Tiger River, Watkins products for the customers who need them.

Do you actually have the items in stock?
We actually do stock our store products, which allows us to personally package, ship, and provide Shipment Tracking to each of our customers. Plus, you kow that when you buy from us, we WILL have the item on-hand and ready to ship.

Do you use wholesalers or distributors?
We DO NOT use distributors or wholesalers. We have items ins tock and ship driectly from our warehouse. (You would be wise to avoid stores in which they use distributors or wholesalers to package and ship items. Many times that are out of stock, or your order is delayed until it gets in.)

What is your return policy?
Returns with Refunds are gladly accepted under these guidelines: 1) Buyer pays for return shipment of item. 2) Item must be returned in its original packaging, and unused. 3) Item is returned (shipped back to us) within 7 days of its delivery to Buyer. 4) Item must be the original item sent to Buyer. 5) 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. We aim to please our customers. If you have any questions, complaints, and or suggestions, we are happy to hear from you.

How do you accept payments?
We accept payments via PayPal and Google Checkout ONLY.
